My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely and very swish, clean, spacious, and had a great shower, perfect to enjoy the surroundings. The service was top-notch, with personal touches and efficient assistance. The location was amazing, right next to one of the most beautiful beaches, ideal for pure relaxation. The dining experience was excellent with delicious options. Overall, a great value for money with wonderful amenities and facilities.

The hotel is set on a long stretch of sand, facing the shallow sea, creating a very green environment. The rooms, until the standard check-in time, were very spacious and offered a great value for money. However, the service was extremely unhelpful and incompetent, really needing serious training to match the standards of a 5-star hotel. The location is directly on the beach, perfect for those visiting Passikudah. The dining experience, while good for local cuisine, was below average considering the hotel's quality. Overall, a mixed experience with excellent room value but disappointing service and dining.
